Hy-Line North America is looking to have someone join our team as our Administrative Services Coordinator. In this role, you will be based out of our West Des Moines, Iowa location. You will serve as a key administrative resource for the Shared Services, Sales, and Technical Services teams with a variety of functional administrative support and overall office management of the West Des Moines, IA office. You’ll also ensure the office operates efficiently. You will work various resources to deliver tightly organized, prompt, detail-oriented, smooth administrative support. This role involves being able to work with all levels in the company and external partners. Prior administrative experience and exceptional organization, detail-orientation and administrative skills are required for success in this role.

A minimum of five years’ experience successfully being self-directed and supporting a fast-paced, highly efficient office and leadership team is required. Candidates must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills, a full understanding of managing office and administrative activities, and overall strong research and technology skills.

The ability to handle sensitive data, information, and interactions confidentially is non-negotiable. Spanish speaking bilingual skills preferred but not required. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as work with a team. You must also have great customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to learn and utilize internal databases and internal company technology programs.
