Key Responsibilities of Office Manager

Be the first point of contact at reception – welcoming visitors and answering calls in a professional and friendly manner

Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office

Order and manage office supplies and equipment

Make and track bill payments and handle general office finances

Support with diary management, meeting coordination and basic admin tasks

Maintain a tidy, organised, and welcoming office environment

Assist with general IT setup and troubleshooting

Support various departments with ad-hoc admin as needed

Experience needed for Office Manager

Previous experience in an office management, admin or reception role

Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Comfortable with general IT systems and troubleshooting

Friendly, approachable, and professional

Smart in appearance with strong communication skills

Highly organised and able to multitask with ease

Proactive, reliable, and happy to roll up your sleeves
