Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Receptionist Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to our staff. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in spreadsheet development, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner

· Maintain and update company records, including contact lists and employee information

· Assist with the development and maintenance of spreadsheets to track various metrics

· Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, and copying

· Manage the incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

· Ensure the front desk and reception are kept clean and organized

· Handle customer inquiries and resolve or escalate issues as needed

· Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is a plus

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

· Friendly and professional demeanor

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Work Schedule:

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The specific schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Compensation:

Hourly wage will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 – $14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
