Summary

In the role of Administrative Assistant, you will be essential in supporting daily operations and enhancing our accounts receivables department. Reporting to the office manager, you will utilize your core skills in customer service, computer literacy, and organizational abilities to manage administrative tasks effectively. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, will be vital for data entry and document preparation. Additionally, your premium skills in QuickBooks and working with our Accounts Receivables team will contribute to overall office well-being.

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
