About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, fostering a productive and positive work environment, and supporting internal teams with administrative and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and team activities.
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Maintain office budget and track expenses.
Assist with facilities management, including liaising with building management and service providers.
Improve and implement office procedures and systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
