Full-Time Office Personnel Needed for Fast-Paced Construction Company in Congers, New York

**Job Responsibilities**Coordinate and manage daily schedules for construction crews- Handle various office duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence- Assist with payroll and invoice processing- Maintain accurate records and documentation- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors

**Requirements**Previous experience in office management, preferably in the construction industry- Strong organizational and multitasking skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, google)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications are a plus)
