Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and professional Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support overall business efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This individual will play a key role in administrative coordination, communication, organization, and maintaining confidential business information while supporting leadership and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, administrative processes, scheduling, and general office coordination.
  • Serve as a primary point of communication for employees, vendors, customers, and leadership while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and accuracy.
  • Support internal teams with reporting, documentation, recordkeeping, and operational projects to ensure efficient workflow and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of office management, administrative, or related experience required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fully onsite environment.
