Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000 – $40,000

Responsibilities include:

Data entry for accounts payable
Maintain and record company expenses
Obtain invoice approvals from appropriate personnel
Organize and maintain personnel files
Draft memos and correspondence with company personnel as needed
Assist with recordkeeping as needed
General assistance with accounts receivable and human resources

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Great attention to detail
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and general computer skills
Ability to operate basic office equipment (computers, copiers, printers, etc.)
Ability to exercise good judgement and apply common sense to carry out written and oral instructions
Previous experience with QuickBooks preferred
Previous data entry experience preferred
