Job Description

We’re seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Office Administrator who’s not afraid to wear multiple hats. This position starts part-time with the opportunity to move into a full-time Office Manager role during maternity leave coverage—and possibly beyond!

You’ll be a key player in keeping the office running smoothly and the business growing strong.

Responsibilities

Handle customer service via phone and email with professionalism and friendliness
Manage payroll and assist with accounts receivable
Use QuickBooks for invoicing, payments, and recordkeeping
Make outbound cold calls and answer inbound inquiries
Research and attend local events, expos, and networking opportunities
Identify and implement cost-saving strategies
Maintain accurate records and general office organization
Support the team in various roles—flexibility is a must!

Qualifications

Experience with QuickBooks (or willingness to learn quickly)
Efficiency with Google Sheets and Google Calendar
Accurate data entry
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills—comfortable and confident on the phone
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a true go-getter
Prior admin, payroll, or customer service experience preferred
Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role
Be able to work on a team and independently
Work diligently in an office setting
Must have availability to work Monday – Friday 7am – 5:30pm (Your schedule will not reflect these hours, but must be available as needed during these times)
