Our client, a Series D hyper growth sports organization is seeking a Part Time Office Manager / HR Admin to support their growing offices and busy HR leader.

Typical duties (but are not limited to): oversee the LA and NY offices including communications, upkeep, cleanliness and inventory, vendor management, manage incoming and outgoing mail, coordinate culture building events, maintain employee records, post job openings, assist with on/offboarding, compile HR data, and help foster a positive working environment

Requirements: open to varied experience, strong sense of professionalism, attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills

Schedule: PART TIME, 10-20 hours a week (will fluctuate depending on time of year)

Salary: $23-25/hour + comprehensive benefits package

Location: Torrance, CA or Manhattan, NY
