The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing a team of employees, and ensuring efficient and effective office procedures. “`Responsibilities“`
– Manage and supervise a team of office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
– Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
– Coordinate and oversee office activities, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging meetings
– Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff members
– Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks
– Plan and coordinate company events, such as team-building activities or client meetings
– Maintain office supplies inventory and order necessary items when needed
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Handle confidential information with discretion

– Proven experience in office management or a similar role
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities
– Experience in training and development of staff members
– Proficient in event planning and coordination
– Familiarity with budgeting processes
– Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
– Ability to supervise front desk operations
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficient in using phone systems

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
