Pure Barre Arsenal Yards, Watertown, MA is seeking qualified Front Desk Sales Associates that are focused on driving sales and service excellence to expand our Pure Barre community. This is the perfect opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis and help create a supportive, inclusive and meaningful community!
POSITION:
The purpose of the Front Desk Sales Associate is to assist the Owner/General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, building a relationship, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The Sales Associate also assists with retaining and providing exceptional customer service to current members.

Required:

Preferred but NOT Required:
A degree
Sales experience

What You will Do as FDSA
Your main responsibility is to execute our sales process and manage the Front Desk. We have a very effective process that will be your playbook for success. Below is a brief outline of that process:
Nurture Prospects
· Reach out to inbound leads and book them into a free class. During the booking process, you will ask about important information like their fitness goals, their ideal workout times, how many times they want to take class per week, etc.
Sell Memberships
We allow prospects to experience Pure Barre before becoming a member by taking a free introduction class called Foundations. You (and/or the owner) and a teacher will run the Foundations class. Your role will be to check in the prospects, introduce them to the teacher to start the class, and sign prospects up for a membership after the class.
Retain Members
You will warmly greet members as they enter the studio for class, keep them motivated by knowing their fitness goal so you can offer encouragement and handle any membership questions or concerns.
General Duties
Maintaining the studio’s cleanliness, process membership freezes and cancels, accurate cash and credit card transactions, input inventory for retail, take pictures for social media and additional ad hoc duties as assigned by the GM.
Community Relations
· Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio
