About the opportunity

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant Mexico office. Reporting to the VP Latin America & Caribbean, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations whilst supporting the team. In this role, you will:

Manage office supplies, kitchen stock, and liaise with contractors and vendors for ongoing office needs

Provide administrative support including expense claims, courier management, and sample logistics

Oversee company cars, ensuring they are well-maintained and records are up to date

Coordinate travel and accommodation for visitors from global offices

Support with coordinating events, including those in our demo kitchen, off-site team events, and dinners

About you

You are a dynamic, bilingual (Spanish and advanced English) professional who enjoys creating an engaging and efficient office environment. Your ability to multitask and proactively solve problems will be key to your success. You will bring:

Experience in office management or administrative roles

Strong organisational and coordination skills with a proactive mindset

The ability to engage with diverse teams and external stakeholders

Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with SAP

Experience coordinating events and liaising with vendors and contractors

A passion for creating a positive, energetic office culture
