Job Location: Budapest, District III | Full-time (40 hours/week)
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized individual to support office operations, legal and financial administration, and senior management in a dynamic international environment.
This role combines office management, paralegal support, bookkeeping assistance, and global coordination across our offices worldwide.
Key Responsabilities:
• Manage daily office operations, suppliers, facilities, and office administration
• Provide overall administrative support to senior management
• Assist with legal and paralegal tasks, including contracts, corporate documentation, and compliance tracking
• Support bookkeeping and financial administration (invoices, expenses, documentation)
• Coordinate international business travel and related logistics
• Maintain administrative reports by country, employee, and project
• Liaise with banks, service providers, authorities, and external partners
• Coordinate and collaborate with office administrators across global locations
• Represent the company in front of external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience as an Office Manager, Administrative/Executive Assistant, or Legal/Paralegal Assistant
- Experience supporting management in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fluent Hungarian and English (mandatory)
