We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.

Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Scope of Position & Technical Competency:
The Administrative Office Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the site. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors and provides essential support to psychiatric and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients and visitors; manage front desk and receptionist duties

Provide administrative support to psychiatric staff

Prepare and maintain client charts and clinical records

Collect copays and manage appointment scheduling

Process medical record requests in accordance with policy

Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs as needed

Order office supplies and manage inventory

Handle petty cash and complete weekly bank deposits

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Technical Competencies:

Accurate and efficient data entry skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and psychiatric staff

Professional and composed response to difficult phone calls

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Sound decision-making in a fast-paced environment

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
