Our company is looking for an Office Administrator to join our fast-paced and growing enterprise. We’re looking for dedicated and goal-oriented professionals who thrive on a busy work environment and are able to multitask and prioritize work effectively. A successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong administrative and organizational skills, as well as excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities:
Create a filing system for all documents.
Maintain files and records.
Arrange meetings.
Schedule daily activities for other employees.
Organize and manage the office calendar.
Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
