Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Agent Coordinator to join our growing real estate brokerage. This pivotal role will involve supporting our team in onboarding new agents, coordinating training and social events, managing company communications, and overseeing various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Agent Onboarding & Support: Lead and facilitate agent onboarding processes, including scheduling and conducting Zoom meetings, providing training materials, and ensuring new agents have everything they need to succeed.
Event Coordination: Plan and schedule internal events, training sessions, and social gatherings to engage agents and enhance company culture.
Social Media & Marketing: Assist in planning and scheduling social media posts across various platforms to promote company events, agent achievements, and other key announcements.
Company Communications: Send out regular company-wide announcements, updates, and news to ensure agents are informed of new policies, events, and opportunities.
Vendor Relations: Reach out to vendors, schedule and coordinate classes, webinars, and other professional development opportunities for agents.
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties such as managing calendars, filing documents, creating reports, and handling email correspondence.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and other team members to ensure seamless communication and effective operations across the brokerage.
Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative support, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) and other office software tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
Ability to independently manage time and prioritize tasks while working in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others succeed in their real estate careers.
Experience or interest in the real estate industry is highly desirable, but not required.

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
