About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, proactive Executive Assistant & Office Manager to keep both our founder and our Sydney HQ running smoothly. This role combines high-level executive support with hands-on responsibility for ensuring our office and studio are well-organised, well-stocked, and functioning efficiently.

Executive Assistant Duties

Manage founder’s calendar, prioritise meetings, and protect focus time

Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, track actions, and follow up

Triage inboxes and communications, draft or respond to messages

Coordinate travel, expenses, and personal admin as needed

Support internal comms and cross-team alignment

Act as a gatekeeper and sounding board to help manage time and priorities

Office Manager Duties

Oversee day-to-day office and showroom operations in Sydney

Liaise with suppliers, service providers, cleaners, and building management

Manage office supplies, snacks, inventory, and showroom presentation

Coordinate team events, in-office meetings, and staff onboarding

Maintain systems, documentation, and key workplace processes

Ensure a tidy, functional, and welcoming workspace

What We’re Looking For

Highly organised and detail-focused

Clear communicator, both written and verbal

Great with people and calm under pressure

Discreet with confidential information

Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Confluence and Slack

Bonus: experience in a family business, or retail environment
