Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phone, assigned accounting tasks including A/P, HR/Payroll, and other assigned duties.
Responsibilities:
– Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
– Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
– Provide general clerical support, including filing, photocopying, and faxing
– Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
– Assist with office management duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
-Assist Accounting Department with accurate recording of entries
– Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills:
– Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
– Excellent customer service skills
– Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
