Job Summary:

Providing high-level administrative and organizational support to C-suite members of Cullman Regional Medical Center. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative support. The role supports and maintains credentialing data for all providers in the credentialing medical center database.

Key Responsibilities:

Manages complex schedules, schedules appointments, and coordinates meetings
Welcomes and interacts with visitors; handles incoming communication, emails and correspondence, and ensures clear communication
Prioritizes tasks, organizes information, and ensures efficient workflows
Handles sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality
Manages filing systems.
Assists in preparing and managing presentations and decks.
Processes provider credentialing and re-credentialing applications; monitors applications and follow-up, processes applications for appointment and reappointment of privileges.
Maintains and tracks all state licenses, DEA certificates, insurance coverage and any other required provider credentialing documents
Prepares for and participates in medical staff services functions
Sets up and maintains provider information in online credentialing databases and system.
Provides credentialing and privileging verifications.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Certification preferred.
Experience:
Two years of Administrative Assistant and relevant medical staff and credentialing experience preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities:

Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize, multitask, remain calm under stress, and communicate effectively. Computer skills are required.
