We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to support daily operational tasks in a newly created position. The successful candidate should have at least two years in a similar role, demonstrating leadership and administrative skills. Ideal applicants will be proficient in accounts payable and receivable functions, and will mentor an Administrative Assistant, offering opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations including scheduling and supplies

• Support AP and AR functions: coding, payments, and entries

• Mentor and coordinate tasks with the Admin Assistant

• Maintain client communications for payment follow-ups

• Cover reception duties and assist with front-office tasks

Requirements:

• 3+ years in administrative roles with 2 years in office management

• 1+ years in bookkeeping or high volume AP/AR

• Diploma or degree in business or accounting preferred

• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word

• Prior experience with client communication required
