We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office management.
**Responsibilities:**
– Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
– Order Entry (Sales Support)
– Customer Service
– Manage agendas/appointments for upper management
– Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Maintain organized filing system
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Maintain contact lists
– Book travel arrangements
– Provide general support to visitors
– Dispersing pick up orders
– Processing Credit Cards
– Showroom organization and refreshing
-Front office organization
– Distribution of employee data
– Stuffing envelopes and stamping
**Skills:**
