We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support our Dallas office. This role will be responsible for managing office operations, providing executive-level administrative support, and ensuring a seamless work environment for the team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

Office Management

Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional and efficient work environment

Manage office supplies and equipment

Liaise with building management for office maintenance, repairs, and security

Work with IT to troubleshoot minor office technology issues, coordinate setup of computers, phones, and conference room equipment

Assist with onboarding new employees, including workspace setup and orientation

Organize office events, meetings, and team-building activities

Assist with executive and team travel bookings as needed

Executive Assistance

Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

5+ years of experience in office management and/or executive assistance, preferably in the energy, oil & gas, or corporate sector

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work independently and proactively problem-solve

Experience handling confidential information with professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Motivated self-starter capable of performing with minimal supervision

Familiar with oilfield terminology and operations
