Are you high energy and like to assist others? We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant and Office manager to run the administrative functions of our Wealth Management office.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily administrative functions of the Wealth Management office to ensure efficient operations.

Act as executive assistant to the President of Wealth Management. This includes reviewing emails and phone messages, scheduling appointments, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.

Uphold strict confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information, including personnel matters, legal documents, financial data, contracts, and other proprietary information.

Supervise Administration Support Specialists and provide back up as necessary for the front desk.

Coordinate facility needs with the bank’s maintenance department and order/stock office and bathroom supplies.

Coordinate with the front desk team to deliver exceptional client experience via email, over the phone, and in person for clients arriving for meetings.

Coordinate invitation lists for client events, economic update event, client holiday gifts, and host/set up monthly onsite COI lunch and learns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or any related field.

Two to four years of experience as an executive assistant or office manager.

Excellent customer service skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Advanced computer skills (including Microsoft Office) with an aptitude to learn new systems and procedures.

Ability to prioritize and multi-task, and to take initiative to support the overall goals of the department.

This is an onsite position in Waukesha, WI
