Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager/Executive Assistant located in Washington, DC. The Office Manager/Executive Assistant will handle day-to-day office operations, manage executive schedules, arrange meetings, and ensure smooth functioning of the executive office. Responsibilities also include handling correspondence, filing, organizing events, and spearheading administrative projects.

Qualifications

Experience in office management, administrative support, and executive assistance

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff

Experience in calendar management, travel planning, and event coordination

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
