A global consulting firm with an award-winning workplace culture is seeking an Office Manager for their DALLAS office. This person will also provide Executive Assistant support to 2 Managing Directors. The entire team is wonderful and extremely friendly!

$105-115k base DOE + discretionary bonus + fantastic benefits

DALLAS, TX. Hybrid work schedule: Monday/Friday remote, but flexible depending on needs of the office

Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm with flexibility

Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

Overseeing the office space and 5-7 direct reports (other administrators)

Responsible for health, safety, and emergency procedures. Manage facility and building services, supply inventory

Approval of vendor invoices and payments

Liaise with building management for all office needs

Assist with IT troubleshooting as needed for AV equipment

Supporting two Managing Directors with calendar management, travel arrangements and itineraries, processing expense reports

Discretion and sensitivity toward sensitive/confidential information

Assist HR teams with onboarding/offboarding

Plan team and client events, holiday celebrations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum of 6 years administrative experience, 2 years of office/people management

High degree of professionalism and dedication to fostering workplace culture

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Microsoft 365 proficiency

Leadership skills and ability to motivate others
