Duties

Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance productivity.
Requirements
Proven experience in an office assistant or similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using computer software and office equipment;
Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
