Office Manager (HR Assistant)

We are looking for an Office Manager / HR Assistant whose experience will add to our success and ensure our office is running smoothly.

Location: American Fork, UT (With occasional travel to SLC and Davis County to meet with new employees. Mileage is reimbursed)

Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with employees, patients (clients and their families), and other professionals

Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures

Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point

Knowledge of data and administrative practices

Responsibilities: (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties to be performed, but a list of generally accepted tasks, and are subject to adjustment and modification as needed for the business)

Office Manager duties such as:

Coordinate volunteer program

Answer phone calls

Manage and organize doctors’ orders

Help with in-service reporting

Help coordinate special events such as company luncheons or client meetings

Maintain and order office supplies

Monitor the cleanliness and possible office repairs needed

Other tasks as assigned

Basic Human Resource functions such as:

Responsible for onboarding new employees, with checklists and gathering forms

Ensure company follows the latest state and local HR laws

Update the company organizational chart and phone directory

Assist and help coordinate health benefits

Track dates of hire, review notifications, and plan the yearly review notices

Track employee PTO

Maintain employee files

Other HR-related tasks as assigned

Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
