Location:
Chelsea, London + 1-2 days hybrid working (must be in the office on Mondays and Fridays)

Salary:
Up to £40,000 + discretionary annual bonus

Working Hours:
Mon-Thu 9am-6pm, Fri 9am-5pm (flexi working available)

Our client is looking for an Office Manager & Marketing Assistant to join their team. They are an award-winning property advisory based in the heart of Chelsea.

They specialise in prime and super prime properties for private clients and manage a vast portfolio of rental properties and private homes.

This is an imperative hire for their business as this person will not only assist with office management and social media marketing, but also the company accounts. They are looking for someone who has strong experience in marketing, ideally within real estate. Specifically experience posting to social media from a corporate account, strategising, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

Office Management:

Handling incoming enquiries in person, by phone, and by email

Manage the meeting room schedule and provide equipment, resources, and refreshments when needed

Keeping files and records organised and managing health and safety in the office

Oversee key management, manage post distribution and other ad hoc tasks

To assist in organising company events and socials as well as birthdays, anniversaries and other momentous occasions

Assist with IT set-up and issues, ensuring the team is fully equipped

Marketing and Social Media:

Periodically update the company website with new properties and other company updates

Manage social media channels such as Linked In, Instagram, and X (Twitter)

Posting regularly on the social media channels with news and pictures to improve engagement

Maintain the photograph library for social media use as well as the selection of testimonials and case studies

Consistently follow the brand guidelines and ensure reflection of key values

Generate and promote new ideas to boost engagement and expand reach

Accounting:

Daily bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices, reconciliation, expenses, and regular reporting tosenior management

Requirements

Skills:

2-3 years experience in a prime office environment, ideally within London Real Estate

1-2 years experience in marketing, including social media marketing

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook

Xero accounting software experience is desired but not essential

Canva and Mail Chimp experience is highly desired

Profile:

Highly organised with meticulousattention to detail

The ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks for maximum efficiency

A strong communicator with exemplary English written and verbal skills

Confidence with technology and new systems

The ability to work independently and to use your own initiative as well as work well within a team
