Position: Office Manager (Part-Time)

OFFICE MANAGER (PART-TIME)

This position earns an hourly range of $20-$22/hour based on experience. The required work schedule is from 10 AM to 2 PM Monday through Friday.

A DAY IN LIFE

As the Office Manager, you will manage corporate office operations and administrative tasks for multiple sites. You will also act as the receptionist at the primary office, processing mail, monitoring inventory, shipping and receiving, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OFFICE MANAGER (PART-TIME)

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for frequent, local travel

Able to lift more than 30lbs and sit or stand for extended periods

MS Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Point

Proficiency with standard office operating machines

Experience with troubleshooting operating machines will be beneficial in this role. You should also have experience with vendor management systems.

WORK SCHEDULE

This position is part-time onsite. Our typical office hours are between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
