Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will perform administrative duties related to operations by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Receives and distributes office mail.
Schedules and organizes appointments.
Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
Process and file paperwork while maintaining organized filing system, both physical and digital.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Organizing travel arrangements.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to operate general office equipment.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
A positive attitude!
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Two years of administrative assistant experience preferred.
