The City
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an entry level/junior candidate to join a boutique property company based in The City as their Office Manager. Working closely with the whole team, this is a really varied, busy role providing exposure across all aspects of the business.
A delightful team to work with, I am looking for friendly and charming candidates, who have gained some office experience already.
Your duties will include:
Preparing invoices and other documentation
Assisting with any admin related duties
Meet and greet clients, preparing meeting rooms, answering phone calls
Managing budgets and expenses
Ordering office supplies
Updating the website and social media
Travel and accommodation arrangements for conferences
Please note, this is a 5 day fully office based role.
