We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to support our client, an AI start-up in the Bay Area. This position will oversee office administration and facility operations. This in-office role ensures a productive, engaging, and efficient workplace for employees. Looking to hire ASAP!
Responsibilities:
Manage office operations across U.S. and India locations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning.
Oversee office supplies, inventory, and budget for cost-effective procurement.
Greet visitors, handle mail, and support IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting.
Plan company events, manage swag, and enhance employee experience initiatives.
Assist with onboarding, calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative or office management experience (startup experience a plus).
Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Location:
Redwood City, CA. 5 days a week in person. Standard business hours.
