TMS Administrator Training Lead:
Victor 12 is seeking an internal-only TMS Administrator Training Lead: to support Curriculum Support Team (CST) internal training needs. This position supports the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Training Management and Performance Improvement Division (TMPI) via the Talent Management System (TMS) system of record.

Duties::
Responsible for training new and existing CST members on task workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and best practices.
Serves as first point-of-contact for internal team member questions and assistance.
Review team members’ work and provide coaching and corrections as needed and escalate performance issues to team leads as needed.
Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure all artifacts follow template requirements and abide by program quality standards.
Assist team with daily LMS administrative functions in service of customer requirements.
Support Project Manager and co-Leads in identifying gaps and areas for improvement in applicable support areas and develop documentation and supportive artifacts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all CST support functions.
Maintain proficiency of LMS features and capabilities and ensure applicable documentation reflects current features/capabilities and associated workflow.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to LMS and support processes to enhance user experience and to better serve customer objectives/requirements.
Understand the process flow of organization’s technical infrastructure, including various systems ancillary to the LMS.
Assist co-Leads in the creation of weekly and monthly customer support task reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as first point-of-contact for internal team member questions and assistance.
Partner with CST Documentation POC for team training events.
May be involved in team member performance improvement plans with team lead oversight as needed.
Collaborate with CST leadership (e.g., co-Leads, Project Manager, and Program Manager) and Documentation POC o maintain CST documentation library.
Conduct periodic quality assurance testing of documentation workflows, steps, etc., to ensure recency and accuracy.
May serve as back-up when one or both team leads are out of the office.
Support the development and maintenance of instructions and documentation on CST functions such as creating and assigning courses and curricula, running LMS reports, using and maintaining data in ancillary systems, and on supported training programs as needed.
Provide prompt technical assistance to TMS administrators and service lines to resolve issues and questions related to the LMS platform and assignments via customer service help desk.
Create documentation and job aids to assist field LMS administrators in using the LMS, including internal support processes.
Participate in regular communication with internal/external stakeholders through virtual meetings, email, and Microsoft Teams.
Support co-Lead tasking, as required, and partner with Training Task Lead to ensure documentation reflects and supports on-the-job/new-hire/program-based training events/opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in a related field and 5 years of related experience.
Note:: Foreign university transcripts must meet accreditation standards by one of two national associations of credential evaluation services designated by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the U.S. Department of Education.
National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACE
Association of International Evaluators (AICE).
Demonstrates current and related experience executing similar CST/LMS roles and responsibilities.
Has served as an LMS Administrator for a minimum of 1 year in accordance with the Victor 12 Job Posting policy 2-15 (see Employee Handbook).
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrates experience developing and maintaining program and/or team-specific documentation artifacts and materials.
Up to date resume and cover letter.
Excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
– Proficiency in using and administering SuccessFactors LMS software within a medium- to large-size corporate environment.
Customer-centric and end-user mindset, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve user concerns and ensure documentation reflects correct course(s) of action(s).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (i.e., advanced Excel and Word skills).
Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a solid understanding of standard English grammar and usage.
Ability to work remotely in a distraction free environment during business hours; able to join video-enabled team calls.
Successful background check and drug screen.
Ability to obtain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card to support customer (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).
