This role is essential to the daily operations of our office, as the receptionist is often the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
Manage the reception area to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment.
Schedule appointments and meetings for staff when necessary.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as packages.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records as needed..
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (fax, printer, etc.).
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
