Electri Comms is a creative branding and marketing firm dedicated to tailoring local new customer acquisition campaigns for nationally recognized companies around the country. The idea is simple; grow our client’s new customer baseline, create retentive customers through individualized attention, and add to the overall brand awareness of the client through professional teams.

We are looking to hire a Office Receptionist. The successful candidate should be outgoing and friendly with a gregarious personality and a natural talent for customer service. The right candidate will attend to visitors and answer with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply info regarding the company to the general public, clients, and customers. Salary: $19.00 – $28.50 per hour Job Type:

  • Full-time


  • Monday to Friday

Job Duties:

  • Processing bills and helping clients or customers if they have any questions about their charges
  • Making appointments for all staff or for specific employees, such as executives
  • Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
  • Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
  • Directing visitors to the correct office

Experience and Skills:

  • High school diploma or relevant qualification.

  • Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
