Office Assistant
All Temps – Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh – (24002850)
Pitt Business is seeking an Office Assistant for our PhD Office. Responsibilities include:
Managing front desk during admissions
Managing visits during PhD admissions
Assist with doctoral student office space
Assist with general office duties
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position and a Bachelor’s degree is Preferred. Proficiency in Word and
Excel required. Experience in Concur is preferred. Previous experience in an office setting is strongly preferred.
