This job is a member of the Workforce Administration Team within Technical Operations in Line Maintenance.
Responsible for ad-hoc projects and any special projects as designated by the supervisor or manager. This position may be required to work rotating shifts, nights and weekends.
Salary range: $41,000 to $74,000

What you’ll do
Manages ad-hoc projects from cradle to grave including conducting training and sending out professional mass communications
Provides subject matter expertise and handles tasks within Workbrain including coding/reports and contractual obligations, excellent Workbrain knowledge and proficiencies are required
Oversight and handling of all grievances
Oversight and handling of all association bids and related contractual tasks that have a deadline
Creates SOP’s
Occasional travel may be required
Other duties and projects will be assigned by the supervisor or manager

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

High School Diploma or GED equivalency

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

Bachelor’s degree
3 years of relevant work experience in Workforce Administration related to Technical Operations

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

Proficient in Workbrain
Experience in handling and helping to correct complex payroll and admin technical issues
Knowledge and understanding of the Association JCBA
Must pass FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA)
Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
Strong interpersonal, communication, and PC skills
Ability to concurrently manage multiple areas of responsibility
Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Ability to be organized, attention to details, great level of accuracy in work
Ability to research and audit using multiple computer systems sources is helpful
Ability to work independently, as well as with team members; self-motivated; ‘can do’ attitude
Ability to handle multiple duties/priorities on a daily basis
Ability to function effectively under deadlines and still maintain accuracy
Ability to keep up in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to be analytical and problem solve; high level of attention to detail; outstanding organizational skills
Looking for a self-motivated independent employee with a positive attitude and a willingness to help others as well:
Candidate must speak well with the ability to articulate to educate with training and patience
Works execution accomplished in computer system which maintains the data to manage the airworthiness of the airplane/engine/component
Knowledge of contract and local/system guidelines for overtime and field trips
Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Cognos, PowerPoint
Excellent presentation, documentation and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and follow-up skills – follow through to complete project with minimal supervision
Proven success in establishing relationships with various stakeholders
The candidate must demonstrate energy and dedication, be goal-oriented and self-sufficient, and should have proven ability to work effectively in any airport or hangar environment.
