Key Responsibilities:
• Handle internal and external mail deliveries
• Assist with document production for practice groups
• Complete corporate searches efficiently
• Maintain office supply inventory and vendor relations
• Set up boardrooms and common areas for meetings
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year office experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and grammar skills
• Capacity to lift up to 20 lbs as needed
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
