Office Services Clerk Jobs in Walnut Creek, California, USA at Novatelegalsearch
Primary tasks will include checking mail daily, scanning incoming documents, profiling documents into our document management system, copying/printing documents for binders needed for trials or mediations, and providing overflow phone coverage for the receptionist. Additionally, the role involves maintaining office supplies for both general office and kitchen needs, setting up coffee and water for meetings and depositions held within the office.
Other tasks and projects may be assigned as needed.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Basic software knowledge required includes Microsoft Office and Outlook. Technical skills such as clearing paper jams and replacing toner are also necessary.
