Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
Open, close and scan documents
Reception relief
Order office supplies
Organize and direct incoming mail
Maintain meeting rooms
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in an office environment is seen as an asset
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
Excellent multitasking ability
Great communication skills
Salary: $45,000 – $47,000 per year dependent on experience.
