ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job Description:

The General Manager/ Assistant General Manager Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, ensuring efficient management of daily activities and smooth communication across departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

· Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, responding or redirecting as appropriate

· Assist in preparing budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking

· Coordinate with various departments to follow up on projects, deadlines, and action items

· Maintain confidential files and documents with discretion and professionalism

· Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager

Job Qualifications:

· Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role

· The ability to multi-task and prioritize

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities

· Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, email, scheduling tools)

· Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

· Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
