Our Office Administrator must be able to hit the ground running and keep up with the rapid pace of our growing firm.

This position will be responsible for important work, including:

Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate team members
Greeting clients and ensuring that they are receiving top notch customer service
Distributing incoming mail
Making copies & Scanning/Saving documents
Scheduling/Calendaring firm-wide appointments
Initial intake of prospective clients
Accurately entering billing information and generating invoices
Preparing client files pre meeting and processing files post meeting
Conducting signing appointments and notarizing documents

We love to help people learn and grow, but we don’t have the time for that right now. We need an Office Administrator with experience. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal oversight.

This is a full-time job where you are expected to work in the office for the entirety of your scheduled hours. The initial pay will be between $19.50 and $25.00/hour, depending on experience. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.

There will also be 2-3 interviews with members of the team because we want to make sure we are all a good fit for one another. We look forward to reviewing your application.
