Summit Counseling Solutions OUTPATIENT Day Treatment (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) provide a uniquely designed counseling environment to help adolescents, ages 12-18, achieve and maintain mental health safety and stabilization, learn DBT based coping skills, and work towards the ability to successfully apply and refine them. Our clinical, programming, academic, and administrative teams work interdependently to develop, refine, and support treatment goals for our clients and for the therapeutic milieu in general. SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Summit Counseling Solutions is currently looking for a “people person” who is professional, accountable, teachable, friendly, and who can learn to perform the following responsibilities:

· Support basic case management related communication and follow up

· Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner for Summit Counseling Solutions and for our clinicians and administration, as well as keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received.

· Greet and support SCS visitors with a warm and friendly welcome, answer questions and direct traffic as necessary.

· Support early and late check-in for SCS students and families

· Support the med check-in process for clients/families checking in medications

· Track and process med management, authorization, claims and other billing related documents and communication for PHP and IOP levels of care.

· Operate standard office equipment, including fax, copy machine, and computer

· Able to learn EHR and other basic behavioral health software programs

· Scan and organize documents in SCS SharePoint, EHR, and other storage platforms

· Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned and/or delegated.

· Comply with HIPPA regulations and maintain confidentiality.

· Ability to pass a background check.

· One year commitment required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High school diploma required.

· BSW student or related industry experience is a plus but not required

· Some behavioral health industry knowledge is preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Clear communicator

· Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance

· Punctual with proven track record of consistent attendance

· Takes initiative

This position is a part time position that requires a flexible schedule mainly during daytime hours Monday-Friday.
