Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support directly to the owner, to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

A small business, we are a fast moving company, growing and increasing our visibility daily. We are looking for someone that is a quick learner, has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Looking for someone that can bring new ideas and creativity to the company, and hit the ground running with our daily tasks.

This Administrative Assistant position will begin as a part time position with the opportunity to increase hours and benefits after a 60 day probabtionary period, with the company workload increasing.

Duties

Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Maintain and organize calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
Work order management – completing work orders, sending reports and estimates based on findings.
Register and verify and file equipment warranties and claims.
Follow up with customers for reviews, feedback and approval of estimated work.
Assist in event planning and coordination for company functions or meetings.
Assist owner with creating and managing Social Media content, review responses, comment responses, monthly marketing and online customer interaction.

Experience

Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Familiarity with calendar management tools and Microsoft Office software required.
Experience with a service company is ideal but not required.
Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
Experience in event planning or coordination is beneficial but not required.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
