As the Office Supervisor of the Eau Claire Office, you will focus on community involvement, establish new relationships, grow the Office, Organization, and the Brand through effective, meaningful strategies.
You will also act as a Coach for your team, cultivating an effective service culture, through leadership, development, and training. You will provide high quality leadership to ensure that office goals and standards are achieved; and better yet exceeded!
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including providing leadership and support to the Hudson team. This is a great opportunity for a proven and successful Supervisor to expand upon their skill set through a unique role that is people-focused and service driven!
Responsibilities
Leads and directs all daily office activity through employee development and encouragement of sales and service culture
Maximize sales and profitability with respect to all aspects of the office
Solve issues within the office in relation to member, team member and operational issues
Promote excellent member and public relations by maintaining contacts, and developing relationships through prospecting and selling
Qualifications
2-4 years of related work and/or leadership experience required
Proven sales experience, focused; achieves established goals and objectives
Exhibits a positive, upbeat “can do” attitude
Self-motivated; takes ownership of role in organization
Demonstrates great communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and establish priorities
