Wanted: Director of First Impressions – in our Keller Williams office located in the vibrant EaDo district of Houston.
We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as the Director of First Impressions. As the first and main point of contact for our growing company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our agents, their clients and visitors. This position requires excellent customer service skills, dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A successful candidate must have
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
A track record of providing exceptional customer support in a professional manner
Highest level of integrity, dependability, high quality in your work, consistent follow-through
Proficiency in using computer software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite)
Ability to operating phone systems and other office equipment
A positive, dynamic team player with ability to execute a wide range of tasks in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
Previous experience in Customer Service and Administrative office preferred, real estate experience a plus!
Essential duties and responsibilities
Answer and route phone calls
Greet everyone in a positive manner
Cultivate relationships with our agents and vendors – know them by name!
Assist management team with office operations
Receive, scan and sort checks, mail and deliveries
Maintain clean, professional appearance of reception area
Maintain office supplies
As a member of a close-knit team assist with other various duties as required to ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently
