Job DescriptionPremise One is seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions as well as have line of site to warehouse logistics.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Answer inbound telephone calls
Manage shipping and receiving tasks, as needed.
Coordinate staging of materials with the Project management team.
Assist in management of inventory received and shipped.
Submit appropriate internal cost transfers for inventory movement.
Perform all other office tasks, as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
The ability to operate or be trained to operate a fork lift for warehouse responsibilities.
Requirements:
Must be willing to work overtime as required by construction/service schedules
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to walk, sit, and stand for long periods of time
Must have clean driving record and current US driver’s license, with the ability to drive a company vehicle.
