Responsibilities
Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism.
Answer phone calls with appropriate phone etiquette, directing calls to the relevant departments or individuals.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
Perform clerical tasks such as typing, data entry, and document preparation to support various projects.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
Support office management activities to ensure a productive work environment.
Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry is highly desirable.
