Job Description / Responsibility

Your job cannot be limited to but includes the following:

  • Supervise and execute all administrative duties as and when required, in accordance with the instructions and needs of the Head of Administration.
  • Manage and maintain canteen facilities, ensuring cleanliness and efficient service.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of refreshment areas, ensuring they are well-stocked and clean.
  • Coordinate and manage monthly feast arrangements, including procurement, setup, and maintenance.
  • Arrange and maintain refreshments for monthly managers` meetings, ensuring they run smoothly.
  • Coordinate and manage food arrangements for board meetings, ensuring the availability of food and refreshments.
  • Procure stationery and other items as needed through requisition and maintain records of purchases.
  • Organize and maintain the filing and documentation of all administrative documents.
  • Supervise office cleanliness and overall maintenance, ensuring a pleasant and efficient working environment.
  • Prepare and maintain an overtime sheet for all subordinates on a monthly basis.
  • Payment of monthly sales center rent by collecting money from the accounts department.
  • Collect cheques related to the various projects and submit them to the accounts department.
  • Maintain liaisons with various government offices, such as the Department of Environment (DOE) and other government agencies, for compliance with administrative requirements.
  • Handle outside paperwork as needed to support the smooth operation of the company.
  • Ensure the maintenance of utility services and address any issues promptly.
  • Collect quotations, prepare comparison statements, and submit final work orders as per management decisions, based on requisitions from different departments.
  • Work with potential suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure their commitment to the company`s needs.
  • Manage repair and maintenance tasks related to plumbing and electrical systems within the corporate office.
  • Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Office Administration, Manpower management, Canteen Management, Voucher Management, Manpower Planning, Petty Cash Management

Experience Requirements

  • At least 4 year(s)
