Job Position Summary

Reporting to the Director – Country head, the responsibilities of this position include providing secretarial/administrative and office support to the Singapore office, and excellent customer service to our clients/guest via phone or in-person interactions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Provide administrative and secretarial support as assigned by the country Director. This includes prompt follow up on claims, data collation and analysis, relevant documentation and filing, coordination of Director’s engagement with internal/external stakeholders, preparation of reports and presentation materials for business presentation

Provide exceptional service as a receptionist via phone calls to resolve inquiries or promptly refer to the appropriate department for action, welcome clients/guests at our office premise, monitor visitor access and security, and responsible for mails/postal and delivery matters

Responsible for ensuring the office tidiness/cleanliness, procurement of office/pantry supplies and timely replacements/maintenance of the printers/copiers, management of the office facilities and telco matters

Support all office events and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications

1 – 2 years secretarial/receptionist/office administration experience

Some events/facilities management experience is preferred

Diploma/Degree holder

Proficient in Microsoft office (specifically in powerpoint and excel) and outlook 365
