Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive level of assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide high level of administrative and clerical support to the unit, department or function.
- Undertake special projects to meet the objectives of the function.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-up on issues in a timely manner.
- Collect and prepare background documents for various tasks.
- Follow the university rules and regulations.
- Guide students through the enrollment process.
- Work closely with staff and enrolled students to support them through their courses of study at AU.
- Provides other services including fee payment services; printing of transcripts and any other essential related documents.
- Undertake other duties as required by the Registrar.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant field.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly developed organizational and time management skills
