OVERVIEW

Ensuring effective management of all administrative matters related to canteen, cafe and transport.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Canteen and Café Management

Ensuring that canteens and cafe are always kept in highly clean, orderly environment.

Ensuring canteen operator is following and adhere every regulation and laws stated inside Food Act 1983 or other requirement as per set by Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM), Social Compliance Requirements or any others. I.e. Employment Act 1955.

Ensuring canteen condition as per required by any regulation and social compliance at all time and company standard (5s).

Conducting internal audit on canteen operation as to make sure canteen operation is adhere with any Malaysian Regulation and Laws.

Ensuring preventive action and corrective action are taken which related to any potential findings and anything that again Malaysia regulations and laws.

Processing invoice and claims (i.e., meal voucher, coupons, catering) in a timely manner.

Transport and Fleet Management

Arranging and managing transportation and transportation records information.

Liaising with vendor on bus driver and ensure the bus condition is suitable for travel.

Maintaining company car/fleet including physical upkeep of company car/fleet and maintenance of car records.

Revising documentation and processing monthly invoices to bus driver.

Supervising the in-house drivers.

Other Local Admin Tasks

Ensuring effective management of all vendor management matters for canteen, café & other local administrative services.

Managing employee queries in relation to canteen, café, grocer & other local administrative services.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in Business Studies, Management, Communication, Human Resources or equivalent

Minimum 1 year experience in HR preferably in manufacturing industry

HR procedures and policies

Industry trends, best practices and labor legislation and principles e.g., NDA, Code of Conduct, ILO, 5S

Compliance auditing approaches, and evaluation methods

Processes and procedures related to customer audits

Advanced Excel

Managing Company Admin property

Social Audit Compliance

5S Audit and Compliance

HR Service Quality Management

Contract and vendor management

This position is Non-Executive role
